What Roota is
Roota is an online marketplace that lets farmers and small producers present their produce and lets buyers find and contact them. The operator is not a party to any sale concluded between a buyer and a seller: it does not sell the goods, does not hold the goods, and does not process the payment for them. Each seller is responsible for their own listings, products and legal obligations.
Consumer disputes
A buyer who is a consumer may contact the seller directly through the platform. For disputes concerning the platform itself, write to the e-mail above. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in Serbia is available through the bodies listed by the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade.
Hosting
The service is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
